If I'm not mistaken, the title in Hangul reads "Na Han Il".
Notice, also, the sequence of stances and cuts when the actor first picks up the sword after the roll.

It is, indeed, Na Han Il. I saw that clip when I was in Korea 12 years ago, so it's at least that old. We used to have some posters promoting Hanguk Haedong Kumdo with Master Na in that role. I'm not sure if that is from the film "Kum" or not, as I didn't ever get to see the film - I was a kumdo class . The film received major hype in the kumdo community when it aired on KBS in '96 (?). The part that wasn't in the clip is when he cuts off the guys tie after putting out the candles.
