Just saw a Korean flick entitled (US title) City of Violence. Good movie with lots of action. Definately worth a gander.

I've always been very impressed with the Korean movie industry. They seem to do some very good films, both in content and cinematography.

Thought it was neat how they busted into the mafia guy's place with mokgum in hand, and proceeded to lay the smackdown on his goons in a "non-lethal" kind of way. (Since when is a 3' long chunk of oak accross the face, not considered lethal?)

Didnt you know that being in a movie gives you exceptionally quick powers of recovery AND makes you impervious to being knocked unconscious???

How many movies have you seen where the hero gets punched in the face, hit with chair, thrown from window, shot, beat down, hit by a car, etc, flinches a bit, then fights back?? Opening his own can of whoop-ass.

Now that i think about it, I love that sh*t!!!!!!
