Hey Cheri, what do you think of the new HDGD black leather jackets and matching gloves? I love mine. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the jacket.

About two years ago I looked into having leather jackets cut for us with the bokhosae logo imprinted on the left chest. The cost for making the logo deterred me as it was around $1000 just to have it prepared. It was more expensive to make an imprint on the back.
Of course that suddenly becomes reasonable if enough people are interested in the item. Getting those people together is hard.

In another group I am in we have a member with a computerized sewing machine that will embroider. If we can get the image clear enough and get the machine to embroider it on patches I'll let you know.
Of course,if we can get the patches done large enough the first one is going on a black leather riding vest, and it will say Haidong Gumdo Motorcycle Riders in hangul around it.....

One of my students when I lived in New Jersey used to show up for class on his Harley with his sword over his back I would too if I had ridiculous amounts of money. . .

Don't need a Harley to ride in style.
I have a Honda Shadow Aero 1100. Real comfortable and extremely reliable. And cost half as much.
And when it's good weather I do ride to class in my dobok and helmet with my swords on my back.

Something at the end of Summer, a friend and I were headed out of town for a cutting seminar with some JSA folk, immediately after our regular Saturday class. We decided it would be best to just hop into the car, straight out of class, and head over to the seminar. We didn't want to be late and were somewhat peeved when we saw a road block.
Needless to say, the Mountie had a strange look on his face when we rolled down the window. I guess it's not every day you see to disgruntled guys, wearing black skirts, while carrying steel swords beside the stick shift.
