I remember some one once offerend me a copy of their classs notebook, would it still be available and how could I obtain it.

That was me. However, you don't participate at my dojang and I barely know you. I just don't feel comfortable with the idea of letting my own (persona) written material out of my own dojang.

Furthermore, the notebook is mostly a 50-page babble on sparring and conditioning.

and of course they include Charles' plans for <booming voice> World Domination!

Ahem...

I guess Charles is not a Hudson Hawk fan.


Seriously though, I have learned it's just as wise to carefully consider who you share things with as it is to consider what you are willing to share.
