I was checking through my usual websites at lunch today when I noticed that the official daehan HDGD website has finally posted the videos of the forms they will be wanting in a few weeks. Included are all the required qualifying and semi-final cuts for both men and women, as well as SSGB2+3 and YDGB2+4. It's great to see forms standardised and displayed the way that HQ wants them to be done, since the kyobon (instructor's manual) isn't English or even available to everyone.
Just got to HDGD.org and click on the English version. On your left, you'll see it under "Media". Enjoy.

I saw the clips of the forms. One would be safe to assume that they are showing them at that slow speed to highlight the technique. Normally when done at competition, the forms are a bit faster and there are variations from the fast and slow parts. With that being said, it would have been good to see them done to speed. This may be an obvious observation.....but I just thought it would be good to get clarification on that point.
The other thought is: I thought we were not supposed to fully sheath the sword in between forms....which is what seems to be the case in the video. Am I correct?

I can't find it either.
Do you mean the "other left", by any chance?
Under Media Gallery? The first item there looks like a possibility, but I can't tell because I can't get anyof the vids to play in any of three browsers I've tried.

Gentlemen, when looking at the page, the media clips are on your right hand side. The first box (right under where it says "Media Gallery") is the one that contains the clips............hope that helps.

Hmm... well, nice to see both Yedo Forms... i had to admit that there are some slightly differences to the way we perform these forms in Germany...

Wolfgang
